About the role

The Registrar’s Office at SIT is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead the planning and operational management of the matriculation exercise and the broader learner‑related processes. This role ensures a smooth onboarding experience and supports students throughout their academic journey.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee matriculation exercises and implement improvements for a seamless learner experience.
• Identify trends and provide data‑driven insights for institutional planning and decision‑making.
• Manage MOE Tuition Grant and Capitation Grant reporting, including internal and external audits.
• Address learner concerns and appeals on fee‑related matters such as payment extensions and instalments.
• Coordinate credit exemption for Polytechnic/ITE graduates and facilitate credit transfers and module registration.
• Administer student processes including leave of absence, programme changes, and withdrawals, and advise relevant clusters.
• Review and re‑engineer processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal divisions and external ministries or statutory boards to deliver quality reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing academic administration or student services.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s MOE Tuition Grant and related compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical ability to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for advising learners and presenting reports.
