Mortgage & Real Estate Specialist

About the role

BizSaver is looking for a motivated Mortgage and Real Estate Specialist to drive the growth of its mortgage and property financing business. You will advise customers on loan solutions, build long‑term relationships, and generate new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maximise sales opportunities for business and home loans.
• Conduct cold calls, texts and presentations to potential customers and partners.
• Develop and maintain a referral network with agents, lawyers, developers and other partners.
• Provide accurate loan advisory, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent after‑sales service and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Plan and manage your own sales visits and schedule independently.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, strong customer service orientation and high initiative.
• Degree or diploma preferred; fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
