About the role
BIT is seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager to run the day‑to‑day operations of its Singapore office. You will be responsible for creating a comfortable, well‑maintained workspace that enables the team to focus on delivering cutting‑edge digital asset services.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of office operations, including lease management, maintenance, and repairs.
- Coordinate courier, mail, and delivery services to ensure timely handling.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Support onboarding logistics such as workstation setup and access‑card issuance.
- Arrange travel bookings and accommodation for staff when required.
- Handle ad‑hoc administrative tasks and provide general support to the team.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in office management or similar administrative roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external liaison.
- Prior experience in a tech, fintech or startup environment is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
