About the role
BlockTech, a fast‑growing crypto‑native trading firm, is seeking a proactive Office & Operations Manager to run its Singapore office. You will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring a smooth, professional environment for the team and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a well‑organized, welcoming office space and act as the first point of contact for visitors and partners.
- Oversee facilities, supplies and vendor relationships, including building management and service providers.
- Coordinate daily catering, snacks, beverages and special events, as well as team activities and international trips.
- Support business travel logistics and visa applications for staff.
- Handle general office communications, calls and emails.
- Assist HR with onboarding, visitor support and personnel administration.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in office management, operations coordination, executive assistance or a similar role.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
- Excellent communication and solution‑focused mindset.
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating office operations.
- Team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture.
- Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
