About the role

Join #TeamCPF to lead community outreach and partnership initiatives that empower millions of members across retirement, healthcare, and housing. You will design training, manage volunteer programs, and drive strategic communications to enhance public understanding of CPF schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and deliver training programmes for intermediaries such as grassroots leaders, union leaders, and CPF volunteers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end CPF Volunteering (CPFV) programme, including volunteer training, deployment, and the CPFV mobile application.
• Maintain volunteer databases, compile performance data, and present statistics to senior management.
• Conduct outreach activities such as talks, webinars, booth engagements, and training sessions to raise awareness of CPF schemes.
• Support board‑wide strategic communications and partnership alignment to boost member engagement.

Required profile

• Experience in community engagement, volunteer management, or programme coordination.
• Proven ability to design and implement engagement strategies.
• Project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs.
