Part‑Time Lecturer – Care, Serve, Learn (CSL)

About the role

NTU Singapore is seeking a part‑time lecturer to deliver the new Care, Serve, Learn (CSL) course series. The role involves both face‑to‑face and virtual teaching, guiding undergraduate students as they integrate academic learning with community service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and facilitation sessions in person and online.
• Motivate and support students to achieve high participation in service activities.
• Manage course administration, including attendance, evaluation, and online material updates.
• Assess student reflection journals and mid‑term reports, provide feedback, and enter marks.
• Develop and maintain course resources and learning materials.
• Monitor student progress, liaise with service‑partner supervisors, and report on course performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a supportive learning environment.
• Uphold NTU’s values of integrity, care, respect, impact, service, and partnership.
