Program Manager, Infrastructure Expansion

About the role

Google is looking for a Program Manager to lead infrastructure expansion initiatives that support its global cloud and AI services. Based in Singapore, you will act as the bridge between technical cloud requirements and the physical realities of data centre and network facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from concept to delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams across time zones.
• Define project requirements, create schedules, identify risks, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Align data‑centre and network strategy with evolving cloud and AI market demands.
• Drive strategic decisions on site selection, capacity planning, and infrastructure investments.
• Collaborate with real‑estate, finance, and engineering teams to negotiate and evaluate site options.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years experience in data‑centre, network infrastructure, cloud computing, or technical infrastructure.
• 2+ years experience in financial modeling and cost‑optimization for infrastructure.
• Preferred: experience managing cross‑functional projects, real‑estate or private‑equity exposure in data‑centre hyperscalers, and strong communication/presentation skills.
