Sales Coordinator – Order Processing

About the role
The Sales Coordinator (Issue Order) ensures that sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently after a deal is confirmed. You will act as the bridge between the sales, operations, and delivery teams, guaranteeing that all documentation, pricing, and approvals are in place before orders are issued.
Key responsibilities
- Issue Sales Orders (SO) promptly after deal confirmation.
- Verify the accuracy of sales details, including pricing and package information.
- Prepare and maintain complete sales documentation, both digital and physical.
- Obtain all required internal approvals before order issuance.
- Liaise closely with the Sales team to clarify deal terms and requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations/Delivery teams to ensure correct hand‑over of order details.
- Track order status, follow up on pending actions, and resolve missing documents.
- Support internal audits by providing accurate sales records.
- Assist with ad‑hoc sales administration tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or order processing.
- Prior experience handling sales orders, contracts, or billing coordination is preferred.
Required skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
