About the role

DevRev is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand its customer base in Singapore and the US. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This role offers the chance to shape go‑to‑market scripts and provide feedback to product and engineering.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and evaluate their suitability for sales engagement.
  • Arrange virtual meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of activities and customer data in the CRM system.
  • Research prospects, including company profiles, decision‑makers, needs, and contact details.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a healthy revenue pipeline.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Proactive, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection.
  • Comfortable speaking with senior executives over the phone and on camera (Zoom, webinars).
  • Open to change and eager to contribute to product improvement.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with outreach tools such as Outreach and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Proficiency with social networking platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
