Senior Accountant – Travel Retail APAC

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Accountant to join our accounting team in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. The role is responsible for accurate financial reporting, tax compliance and supporting audits across the Travel Retail APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year‑end close processes and prepare management reports including P&L, balance sheet and variance analysis.
• Prepare quarterly GST filings, support corporate income tax computations and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Coordinate and support external and internal audits, responding to auditor queries and maintaining audit readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvements and risk mitigation measures.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams, support finance projects and mentor junior accountants.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational FMCG company.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GST regulations and corporate tax.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
