Senior Designer – AI‑Driven Visuals for Telco Brand

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to lead AI‑driven visual creation for Singtel and its sub‑brands. Working on a 12‑month contract onsite, you will shape the look and feel of OOH, social, digital, retail and experiential campaigns across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and produce hero visuals using generative AI tools such as Gemini, Firefly, NanoBanana, GPT‑Image, Seeance and Flux.
• Build proprietary prompt libraries, LoRAs and model recipes to lock the brand aesthetic into reproducible workflows.
• Architect end‑to‑end AI pipelines covering image, video, motion and 3D assets.
• Define visual guardrails and responsible‑use standards for AI within the Creative Labs.
• Mentor designers on prompt craft and evaluate AI‑generated output.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, product, UX and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in art direction or visual design, preferably a mix of agency and in‑house work.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong traditional design fundamentals and production‑grade AI‑led work.
• Hands‑on fluency with the listed generative AI tools.
• Clear understanding of ethical and responsible AI usage.
