Senior Director, CPS Capabilities

About the role

The Senior Director, CPS Capabilities will shape and execute the capabilities strategy for Coca-Cola's Commercial Products Supply (CPS) business. This senior leadership position drives digital, technical, and change‑management initiatives across a global network of 19 manufacturing plants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of CPS capabilities strategy covering digital, technical, and QSE domains.
• Oversee flagship programs such as Digital Academy, Supply Chain University, Engineering Edge, and QSE Institute.
• Manage the global Supply Chain learning portfolio, including the Supply Chain Leadership Academy and Supply Chain Rising programs.
• Build and maintain a competency framework that defines skill requirements at all organizational levels.
• Partner with senior executives and People & Culture to align capabilities with business objectives and Future of Work initiatives.
• Drive change adoption across all 19 plants through influencer networks and community‑of‑practice activities.
