Senior Executive, Conference & Partnership Office

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is seeking a Senior Executive to lead its Conference & Partnership Office. This role will design, plan and execute high‑impact academic events and strategic collaborations that raise the school’s global profile.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end conference planning, including registration, procurement, branding, marketing, legal agreements, accreditations, abstracts, logistics and documentation.
• Coordinate with the conference team to develop scientific programmes, invite speakers, manage abstracts and ensure high‑quality content.
• Conceptualise and run high‑profile social and networking events such as gala dinners and opening ceremonies.
• Develop and implement partnership and sponsorship strategies to secure long‑term support from academic and industry partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup‑oriented academic environment.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
