Senior Manager, Facilities Management (Mechanical)

About the role

The Kallang Group Pte Ltd (TKG) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead mechanical systems across the Kallang Alive Precinct, which includes iconic venues such as the National Stadium and Singapore Indoor Stadium. This senior position will oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical assets, ensuring reliability, sustainability, and alignment with national green initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and optimisation of all mechanical systems (ACMV, plumbing, irrigation, fire protection) across the precinct.
• Manage service providers to ensure contractual compliance and high‑quality maintenance.
• Develop and control life‑cycle cost budgets, from installation through mid‑life upgrades to decommissioning.
• Prepare tender specifications and oversee procurement for mechanical works.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes and drive sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, government agencies, SportSG, consultants and vendors to align system operations with business objectives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level managerial experience in mechanical systems for large‑scale sports, entertainment or public facilities.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle cost management and sustainability goals.

Required skills

• ACMV systems (chillers, AHUs, PAHUs)
• Plumbing & sanitary systems (ejectors, storm‑water, submersible pumps, hot & cold water)
• Irrigation systems
• Fire protection systems (ESCS, detectors, call points, fire extinguishers, hose reels, sprinklers)
