Senior Operations Executive

About the role

Valentino is seeking a Senior Operations Executive to lead and optimise retail operations across its stores. You will be the key liaison between store teams and corporate functions, ensuring performance targets are met and the client journey is continuously enhanced.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee retail performance, identify opportunities to boost floor sales, back‑of‑house efficiency and client experience.
• Monitor and communicate sales, incentive and KPI targets to stores, supporting the Retail Director and Store Managers with action plans.
• Review regional reports and mystery‑shopping results, extracting actionable insights.
• Manage store openings, closings, pop‑up concepts and cross‑functional client initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, including security, hosts, maintenance and regional partners.
• Support roster planning, SOP formulation, policy implementation and uniform inventory management.
• Lead weekly/monthly reporting, commission and KPI dashboards.
• Control stock inventory through regular cycle counts and annual full stock‑takes for audit purposes.
• Assist onboarding of new store staff, ensuring all retail essentials are provisioned on time.
