About the role
Chaumet, a historic Parisian jewellery maison, is seeking a Senior Sales Ambassador to join its boutique in Singapore. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional client service, and supporting daily boutique operations.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the Boutique Manager.
- Follow all sales and operations processes in line with company policies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating deep product and brand knowledge.
- Provide high‑level customer service to build long‑term relationships, including after‑sales support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on events, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Maintain boutique standards of cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Boutique Manager.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of retail experience with a proven sales record.
- Experience in the jewellery sector is a plus.
- Strong sales orientation and results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Self‑motivated, team‑player, positive thinker, creative and effective.
- High integrity with solid ethics and values.
