Senior Software Engineer-2

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Foundry R&D team in Singapore. You will help drive the company’s innovation journey by building highly scalable, secure, and intelligent payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high‑quality, scalable software in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with global product owners, researchers, and engineers to create prototypes, pilots, and MVPs.
• Explore emerging technologies and assess their impact on payments and commerce.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience working in agile teams.
• 3+ years of Java Spring Boot development with microservices and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• 5+ years designing scalable software solutions across the stack.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities across multiple geographies.
