Service Management Reliability Engineer Lead – AP Financial Crime

About the role

Mastercard’s Financial Crime Solutions (FCS) team is expanding its Asia‑Pacific Centre of Excellence. The Service Management Reliability Engineer Lead will drive the reliability, availability and quality of FCS services, ensuring they meet commercial commitments and risk standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead federated problem management and oversee service availability, suitability and supportability.
• Collaborate with FCS Engineering, Product Operations, DevOps, regional and global product managers, and external partners to identify and mitigate service risks.
• Ensure services align with product roadmaps, investment programmes and cost targets.
• Provide guidance and direction to operational teams to deliver high‑quality services to internal and external customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service management and reliability engineering within a large, complex organization.
• Strong understanding of financial crime detection and prevention solutions.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and influence stakeholders at regional and global levels.
