Valet Driver

About the role

As a Valet Driver at Marina Bay Sands, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving by car, ensuring a seamless and premium parking experience. You will operate within a high‑traffic luxury hospitality environment, handling guest vehicles and luggage with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, park, retrieve and hand over guest vehicles in accordance with departmental standards.
• Operate the Valet Management System and follow all related guidelines.
• Manage traffic flow around the property, including directing taxis and coordinating parking queues.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage safely.
• Provide accurate property information and answer valet‑related queries.
• Maintain safety standards for guests, staff and vehicles at all times.
• Monitor and report any anomalies or equipment issues to the Valet management team.
• Support team KPIs such as NPS and audit scores and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Service‑oriented attitude, polite and positive demeanor.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working outdoors in humid conditions and standing for long periods.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work in a culturally diverse team.

Required skills

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
