Web3 Community Specialist – Chinese Community

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Web3 Community Specialist to lead and grow Mantle Network’s Chinese‑speaking community. You will be the primary point of contact for users, driving engagement, retention, and ecosystem expansion through strategic community operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a vibrant Chinese‑speaking Web3 community, increasing participation and long‑term growth.
• Design and execute community growth strategies, campaigns, and engagement loops.
• Manage daily operations of social media and community channels, including content publishing and interaction.
• Monitor industry trends in Web3, crypto, and social media to keep the community relevant.
• Plan and run online and offline events such as AMAs, livestreams, and community challenges.
• Create, edit, and schedule high‑quality community content with strong internet‑native appeal.
• Localize global project content for Chinese audiences.
• Identify, onboard, and collaborate with KOLs, community leaders, and ecosystem partners.
• Collect and analyze community feedback, sentiment, and performance metrics to continuously improve the user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for blockchain, crypto, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Strong communication and community‑building mindset.
