Air Conditioning Sales Representative (RAC)

About the role
AUX Group is expanding its channel network in Singapore and seeks a Sales Representative focused on residential and multi‑split air‑conditioning (RAC) solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales growth through new distributor development and managing existing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers via cold calling, networking and referrals.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations highlighting HVAC features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and market conditions, providing feedback to the company.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide post‑sale support and address any customer issues.
Required profile
- Singapore citizen or PR, fluent in Chinese and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC sales experience with established customer relationships.
- Proven experience in establishing and managing distributor relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation and results‑driven mindset.
Required skills
- In‑depth product knowledge of residential unitary air‑conditioning systems.
- In‑depth product knowledge of multi‑split air‑conditioning systems.
