Associate Community Specialist

About the role

Razer is looking for an Associate Community Specialist to accelerate the growth of its global gaming community. You will work across multiple time zones, creating and curating content that resonates with gamers, esports fans, and influencers while ensuring Razer remains at the forefront of social media trends.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communications on Instagram, Discord, Twitter, TikTok and other channels, including moderation, conflict resolution and enforcement of community rules.
• Ideate, produce and schedule engaging, timely content to boost audience growth and interaction.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams worldwide to develop and execute social media and community campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators through proactive outreach.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date social content calendar and coordinate stakeholder communications.
• Analyse performance data, generate reports and recommend improvements.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, PR or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience in community management or social media marketing.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
• Passionate gamer with strong awareness of gaming, esports and pop‑culture trends.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and odd hours to support global community initiatives.
