Cyber Security Specialist

About the role

The Cyber Security Specialist will design, review and implement robust cybersecurity solutions for large‑scale projects and critical infrastructure. You will ensure compliance with relevant standards, monitor emerging threats and provide expert guidance on cloud security and vulnerability management.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement security solutions for critical infrastructure and large projects.
• Ensure compliance with standards such as KINS/CII, IM8, CIS and NIST.
• Develop cloud security architectures across Azure, AWS, GCP and Huawei.
• Monitor, research and analyse security risks, and devise mitigation strategies.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing (VAPT) and deliver remediation recommendations.
• Perform system hardening, patch management and secure configuration.
• Prepare and maintain design documents, risk assessments, compliance reports and security guidelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Cyber Security, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in large‑scale or government‑critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Hands‑on experience in security architecture, system hardening and vulnerability assessment.
• Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
