Executive Officer, Community Partnerships

About the role

The Executive Officer, Community Partnerships will support the Community Partnerships team in Singapore, reporting to the Manager. The role involves stakeholder engagement, secretariat, administrative and event support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess sponsorship requests according to established guidelines and liaise with requestors for timely details.
• Track and monitor entitlements, project budgets, status, KPIs and review project effectiveness and ROI as needed.
• Organise and ensure smooth execution of community events, including registration, food & beverage and logistical arrangements.
• Manage event volunteers, build relationships with them and collect feedback on community initiatives.
• Identify, nurture and support new and existing community partners, providing secretariat and administrative assistance and supporting staff volunteer programmes.

Required profile

• Tertiary education preferred and a passion for social purpose.
• At least 2 years of experience in community relations/partnerships, CSR, stakeholder engagement, event management or sponsorship.
• Knowledge or experience in the non‑profit sector is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical ability and self‑motivation to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with strong administrative and event‑management capabilities.
• Resourceful problem‑solver and resilient in overcoming challenges.
• Effective team player.
