Finance Director, South East Asia

About the role

The Finance Director for South East Asia will act as a strategic finance leader and trusted partner to the regional leadership team. You will drive financial performance, governance, planning and operational excellence across multiple countries, with direct oversight of Singapore and Brunei.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with SEA leadership to provide financial insights, scenario analysis and support for growth, pricing and investment decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes for all SEA markets.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local statutory requirements, internal controls and regulatory obligations.
• Manage working capital, cash flow optimisation and cost‑control initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing regional finance organisation.
• Drive finance transformation projects, including process redesign, system harmonisation and post‑acquisition integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a complex, multi‑country environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, audit readiness and tax compliance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and present financial insights to executive leadership.
• Hands‑on management experience for finance functions in Singapore and Brunei.
