Finance Executive – Undergraduate Billing & Financial Operations

About the role

The National Institute of Education (NIE) is seeking a Finance Executive to manage undergraduate billing and related financial processes. This three‑year fixed‑term role supports the institute’s financial operations, ensuring accurate billing, payment certification, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Process billing for undergraduate courses, hostels and facilities.
• Verify payment transactions for proper certification and approvals before processing.
• Respond to enquiries related to facilities and student financial matters.
• Assist in designing, implementing and reviewing financial processes, policies and guidelines to improve efficiency.
• Participate in system implementation, enhancements and user acceptance testing.
• Handle ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Polytechnic Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of financial administration or accounting experience.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective team player with the ability to work independently.
• Capability to prioritise, multi‑task and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and results‑oriented.
