Financial Controller

About the role

Due to business expansion, TOD'S is establishing a new office in Singapore to support its Southeast Asian markets. We are seeking a Financial Controller to join the team and report to the Head of Finance and Controlling for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor and explain variances between cost plans and actuals.
• Prepare the management reporting package, including P&L, sales reports and retail KPIs.
• Calculate monthly sales commissions and support the sales target‑setting process.
• Act as a business partner for retail, marketing and merchandising teams.
• Support capital‑investment decisions with deep‑dive analyses such as DCF, NPV and payback period.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports and analyses covering sales, margins and OPEX.
• Maintain the expense‑management system to ensure procure‑to‑pay compliance and budget adherence.
• Review monthly closing activities to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance or Accounting.
• At least 5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in luxury goods, fashion, beauty or FMCG.
• Prior experience building business‑intelligence dashboards and using SAP.
• Strong business‑partnering and commercial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and luxury goods.
• Fluent English with advanced Excel modeling and data‑management abilities.
