Fraud Operations Associate Lead

About the role

Trust, a digitally native bank in Singapore, is looking for a Fraud Operations Associate Lead to join its Trust team. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, overseeing day‑to‑day fraud surveillance and investigation activities while helping shape the bank’s future.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily fraud surveillance across detection platforms, ensuring timely identification, review and escalation of fraud and scam risks.
• Oversee fraud alert handling, rule monitoring and operational execution to maintain consistent coverage of key fraud typologies.
• Identify operational gaps and emerging trends, partnering with stakeholders to improve detection effectiveness and workflow efficiency.
• Lead and manage fraud investigations for card fraud, scams and other typologies, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation of complex cases.
• Conduct deep‑dive investigations to uncover root causes, recommend control enhancements and support stronger risk mitigation.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for the Fraud Operations team, managing capacity, work allocation, coaching, training and performance oversight.
• Own key fraud operations activities such as monitoring dispute calls, merchant blacklisting, case queue management and related controls.

Required profile

• Experience in fraud surveillance, detection and investigation within a banking or financial services environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage operational teams, ensuring service levels and quality outcomes.
• Strong analytical judgement to identify gaps, trends and recommend improvements.
