Freelance Senior SEO Specialist (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced SEO professional to lead strategy, technical optimisation and AI‑assisted content production for one of our clients. The role is part‑time, fully remote and operates on a freelance basis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on topical authority, rankings and organic traffic growth.
• Conduct keyword research, topic clustering, competitor analysis and search‑intent mapping.
• Write and optimise high‑quality SEO articles using AI tools while applying rigorous human editing.
• Perform on‑page optimisation including titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, schema markup and image optimisation.
• Carry out deep technical SEO audits and implement fixes for site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, structured data, redirects, canonicalisation, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, JavaScript SEO and broken links.
• Work directly inside CMS platforms to apply technical changes.
• Monitor performance with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, SurferSEO, PageSpeed Insights and other advanced SEO solutions.
• Continuously improve existing content to boost rankings, CTR and organic traffic.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably 10‑15 years with exposure to multiple Google algorithm updates.
• Strong technical background able to troubleshoot and implement SEO fixes directly.
• Available for daytime client meetings and collaboration.
• Fully remote work setup.

What we offer
