Group Financial Controller (Singapore/London)

About the role

Antler is seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to lead financial control across its global entities. Reporting to the Global Finance Director, you will own group financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls while working closely with regional finance teams in Singapore or London.

Key responsibilities

• Review subsidiary financial results for consistency with group accounting policies and IFRS.
• Provide guidance to local finance teams and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Investigate and resolve intercompany mismatches before group consolidation.
• Reconcile month‑end group management accounts and ensure timely sign‑off.
• Clear aged reconciling items across the group.
• Support month‑end close for all entities.
• Partner with the Global Finance Director during annual audits, preparing audit listings and responding to queries.
• Shape and improve financial systems, ERP processes, and tools.
• Train, mentor, and develop group accountants and bookkeepers.
• Drive standardisation of finance processes while balancing global consistency with local requirements.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with proven experience in group financial reporting and consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and internal control frameworks.
• Hands‑on attitude with the ability to roll up sleeves when needed.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience mentoring finance teams across multiple regions.
