Handbag & Accessories Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Designer specialized in handbags and accessories to create sophisticated product collections that align with our brand direction and market trends. You will be responsible for turning concepts into market‑ready products while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop product collections such as bags, sunglasses, jewelry, etc., in line with brand strategy and market trends.
• Create product concepts, colourways, and detailed specifications from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely development and delivery of products.
• Stay current on trends, materials, and construction techniques to enhance product quality.
• Apply technical knowledge of design and construction to drive decisions and optimise performance.
• Evaluate seasonal collection performance and consumer insights to inform future collections.
• Manage design timelines and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Support additional creative and design‑related projects as needed.

Required profile

• Established experience with a proven portfolio in bag and accessories design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design.
• Strong communication, organisational and delegation abilities.
• Pro‑active, able to multitask, prioritize and work reliably within a team.
• Fun, vibrant, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore, if applicable.
