Head of eCommerce & Omni – East Asia Pacific (EAP)

About the role

The Head of eCommerce & Omni for East Asia Pacific (EAP) will lead Levi’s digital commerce and omnichannel strategy across the region. Reporting to the Managing Director, EAP, this senior leader owns the regional eCommerce vision, P&L performance and execution across DTC brand.com, marketplaces and integration with physical retail.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the regional eCommerce & omnichannel P&L, delivering revenue, margin and EBIT targets.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans, forecasts and business reviews focused on profitable growth.
• Define and communicate the EAP eCommerce and omnichannel strategy, translating global priorities into market‑ready roadmaps.
• Oversee the Levi.com experience, ensuring a consistent, premium and locally relevant consumer journey.
• Lead marketplace strategy, maintaining brand consistency, pricing integrity and differentiated assortments.
• Drive seamless omnichannel experiences such as click‑and‑collect, ship‑from‑store and returns integration.
• Partner with retail, supply chain and technology teams to improve inventory visibility and fulfillment speed.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in eCommerce, digital commerce or omnichannel retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing P&L and delivering growth.
• Ability to translate global strategies into localized, scalable plans across diverse markets.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with commercial, brand, merchandising, supply chain and technology stakeholders.
