HR Specialist – Southeast Asia (m/f/d)

About the role

Join BIRKENSTOCK as an HR Specialist focused on the Southeast Asia market. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for retail positions while supporting core HR operations and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for retail roles, from job posting to offer management.
• Source and engage candidates via job portals, social media and professional networks to build a talent pipeline.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS, ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Support HR processes such as leave administration, payroll preparation, benefits coordination and onboarding.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training, HR reporting and exit interviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience covering recruitment and administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Familiarity with Singapore labour regulations or the broader Southeast Asian HR market is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet and Glassdoor.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
