About the role
The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will lead B2B marketing communications for TikTok’s Business Communications team across APAC. You will shape strategic narratives, drive integrated campaigns, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver growth for our client partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing communications strategies for brands, agencies, ecosystem partners and industry associations.
- Lead end‑to‑end integrated campaigns covering lead generation, events, education, partner enablement, content, email, social, PR and other growth initiatives.
- Craft strategic narratives and high‑impact content that elevate thought leadership and brand reputation.
- Manage cross‑functional projects with sales, product, finance, operations and regional stakeholders.
- Oversee business marketing planning, OKRs, QBRs, annual planning and performance tracking.
- Analyze channel performance, especially events and field marketing, to generate insights and scale best practices.
- Control marketing budget allocation, governance, utilization tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with regional and market teams to ensure alignment and operational synergy across APAC.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile and ambiguous growth environment.
- Strong understanding of APAC business landscape and culture.
- Team player with excellent relationship‑building and leadership capabilities.
- Proven track record developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go‑to‑market plans, especially events.
- Excellent project‑management skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience in strategic communications, content development or marketing communications.
- Passion for TikTok marketing and building initiatives from the ground up.
