IT Solution Architect – SuccessFactors

About the role

We are looking for an elite, forward‑thinking IT Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a multi‑year global HR transformation programme centred on SAP SuccessFactors. Reporting at an executive level, you will define the target‑state enterprise architecture, consolidate multiple SuccessFactors instances and embed advanced AI capabilities to create a data‑driven HR operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global HR target‑state architecture, driving consolidation, simplification and scalability of SuccessFactors, payroll and legacy systems.
• Audit, rationalise and rationalise multiple SuccessFactors environments, recommending consolidation or federation strategies.
• Design and implement integration pathways between SuccessFactors modules and corporate systems using SAP CPI/BTP, ServiceNow, UKG/Kronos and finance ledgers.
• Establish governance frameworks, design fallback and contingency architectures, and lead design‑authority forums.
• Embed AI solutions such as SAP Joule and Talent Intelligence Hub to enhance talent analytics and automation.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors architecture and large‑scale HR transformations.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑instance consolidations and complex system integrations.
• Strong understanding of governance, change‑advisory processes and global compliance considerations.
