Junior Brand Designer

About the role

Tangible is looking for a Junior Brand Designer to help translate brand strategy into compelling visual and digital experiences. You will work across branding, digital experience, and innovative projects, shaping ideas from early concepts through to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy into coherent visual and digital experiences.
• Lead and contribute to end‑to‑end design development for brand and UX projects.
• Collaborate closely with strategists to shape ideas, not just execute them.
• Present and articulate design thinking clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Conduct customer and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Balance creative craft with practical implementation.
• Elevate the overall quality of work across projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 1‑2 years of experience in design, advertising or UX.
• Passion for branding and digital design.
• Curious mindset with a willingness to question and explore.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively.
• Singaporean or PR status preferred.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Figma for UI/UX design.
• Competence with Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to create brand identity systems, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
