Manufacturing Assistant

About the role

Join Soitec’s manufacturing team to ensure smooth production of high‑quality SOI and Refresh products. You will operate and maintain equipment on a 12‑hour shift schedule, contributing to on‑time delivery, quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in the assigned area and perform basic maintenance.
• Execute processes according to SOPs, preventing non‑conformities and wafer scrap.
• Monitor and expedite production lots, control work‑in‑progress and plan output to meet daily targets.
• Observe basic tool process stability and follow qualification steps after maintenance.
• Conduct routine control checks, apply corrective actions and keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Participate in improvement activities and related training.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC or ‘O’/‘A’ level education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cleanroom protocols.
• Good communication abilities and a strong team‑player attitude.
• Willingness to work day or night 12‑hour shifts as required.
