Part‑time Supply Chain Manager

About the role

This part‑time position oversees and optimises the end‑to‑end supply chain to ensure efficient, cost‑effective delivery of products and services. The manager works closely with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders to support demand planning, distribution and operational strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities and manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee warehouse operations.
• Monitor logistics performance, transportation and distribution planning.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators.
• Assess supply chain risks and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, procurement and inventory control processes.
• Experience with demand forecasting, vendor management and distribution planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with supply chain systems and reporting tools.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Ability to perform operational data analysis.
