Procurement Executive (Part‑time, On‑site)

About the role

This part‑time, on‑site position supports the company’s purchasing operations and supplier coordination. The Procurement Executive will manage sourcing, evaluate quotations, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing processes and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Manage purchase orders, monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet operational needs.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve purchasing issues.

Required profile

• Knowledge of procurement procedures, purchasing operations and supplier management.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies, vendor evaluation and contract coordination.
• Ability to manage purchase orders, inventory monitoring and procurement documentation.
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with procurement‑related systems.
