Production Assembly Operator II (Final Process)

About the role

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Production Assembly Operator II to work on the final process of its cardio‑ and endovascular medical devices. The role involves independent execution of production steps, ensuring quality and compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all current guidelines, working instructions, hygiene rules, cGMP and environmental policies.
• Independently execute process steps and monitor execution according to documented procedures.
• Report any process, quality or safety discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain accurate documentation such as move tickets and inspection protocols.
• Participate actively in Kaizen activities to minimise waste.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure equipment upkeep.
• Perform sampling checks for new hires during stage‑2 training and train new employees on production processes.

Required profile

• Completed professional education (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a production environment.
• Experience working in a clean‑room environment is advantageous.
• Proven ability to follow strict quality and safety standards.
