About the role
As a Captain at the Origin Grill, you will be the face of the dining experience, welcoming guests and ensuring smooth service throughout the restaurant. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely, high‑quality meals in a vibrant, fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the restaurant before, during, and after service.
- Ensure correct table settings, thorough menu knowledge, and a seamless service flow.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
