Senior Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Creative Designer to shape and deliver our brand experience across both physical and visual touchpoints. The role blends spatial design, brand communications, retail experience and visual merchandising to reinforce a premium global brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the visual and spatial expression of house brands, ensuring global consistency of brand identity and design standards.
• Lead the design and planning of showrooms, exhibitions, retail spaces and other customer environments, translating brand concepts into engaging spatial experiences.
• Develop visual‑merchandising frameworks and oversee their implementation across markets, continuously improving retail presentation and customer journeys.
• Direct brand communications, campaigns and marketing initiatives, managing end‑to‑end creative production and ensuring alignment across all channels.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, coordinating internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide a multidisciplinary creative team, providing clear direction and fostering collaboration and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in premium retail, furniture, lifestyle or interior‑design sectors.
• Strong design sensibility with a deep understanding of brand storytelling, customer experience and spatial environments.
• Ability to work closely with marketing, retail, product development and regional teams to create cohesive brand experiences.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, delivering high‑quality outcomes on schedule and within budget.
