Senior Creative Designer – Retail Design

About the role

Sephora SEA is looking for a Senior Creative Designer to lead high‑end 3D design projects across its Southeast Asia‑Oceania retail portfolio. You will shape new store concepts and visual merchandising solutions that reflect Sephora’s brand DNA and elevate the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver premium 3D design concepts for new stores, layouts, and spatial experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Designers and Visual Merchandising teams to create innovative product presentations.
• Produce advanced 3D renderings, virtual walk‑throughs, and visual presentations for stakeholder alignment.
• Lead projects from concept through execution, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or commercial design, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality 3D design and spatial storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional projects.
