Senior Designer – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Senior Designer for a 12‑month contract to work onsite with a leading telecommunications client. You will join a global production engine that blends human craft with AI‑driven tools to create multi‑channel content at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of visual assets across digital, print and emerging media for the telco client.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including content producers, technologists and strategists, to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.
• Utilise next‑generation production tools and AI‑enhanced workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining creative quality.
• Contribute to the development of scalable design systems that can be reused across multiple campaigns and markets.
• Mentor junior designers and champion best practices in design craftsmanship.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in agency or large‑scale production environments.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, collaborative settings and deliver high‑impact visual solutions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in multi‑channel design for corporate or telecom brands.
