Senior Executive, Clinical Research Officer

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is seeking a self‑motivated Senior Executive to join the HELIOS‑Behavioural and Environmental digital Activity Monitoring (HELIOS‑BEAM) Study team. This flagship population‑health study investigates digital behavioural patterns and mental health outcomes, generating evidence on digital biomarkers for community‑level screening and early intervention.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and professionally with study participants.
• Screen volunteers for eligibility and obtain informed consent.
• Guide participants through study procedures to ensure completion of all components.
• Maintain and monitor the recruitment and research database.
• Troubleshoot operational issues to minimise disruption.
• Provide weekly progress reports to investigators.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage confidential data.
• Eager to develop a broad understanding of study processes.
