Senior Media Specialist (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Media Specialist to join Gucci on a 6‑month contract. Reporting to the Media Associate Director, South Asia & Pacific, you will drive the implementation and optimisation of media strategies across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional and HQ stakeholders to plan and launch localized 360° media campaigns, including outdoor, print, digital display, video, paid social and paid search.
• Manage the production and trafficking of creative assets, acting as the main liaison between merchandising, global teams and media agencies.
• Monitor media budgets, perform monthly cross‑checks, and compile performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Track competitor activity, identify new opportunities, and support finance and administrative procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a media agency or luxury retail environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, self‑starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and ability to create dashboards.
• Advanced computer skills for data analysis and reporting.
