About the role
We are looking for a motivated Senior Office Administrator / Office Manager to keep our Singapore office running smoothly. You will support the Sales team and CEO while ensuring a professional environment for staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the office’s professional appearance and oversee day‑to‑day operations, including meeting‑room coordination.
- Provide administrative and travel support to the Sales team and CEO.
- Manage office inventory, facilities, vendor relationships and coordinate external contractors for maintenance and renovation projects.
- Organise Board and departmental meetings and prepare accurate minutes.
- Plan and execute company events and employee activities such as Christmas and Summer parties.
- Assist HR administration when required.
- Liaise with IT on equipment setup, inventory tracking and basic troubleshooting.
- Handle ad‑hoc administrative duties and projects as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in office administration, customer service or a similar service‑oriented role.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to multitask.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Collaborative team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
