About the role

Air Charter Service is seeking a motivated Senior Office Administrator/Office Manager to keep its Singapore office running smoothly. You will be the backbone of daily operations, supporting both the sales team and the CEO while ensuring a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain the office’s professional appearance and coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Provide administrative and travel support to the Sales team and CEO.
  • Manage office inventory, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Organise meetings, record minutes for Board and departmental sessions.
  • Coordinate company events and employee activities such as Christmas and Summer parties.
  • Assist HR with basic administration tasks when needed.
  • Liaise with IT for equipment setup, inventory tracking, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Oversee external contractors for office maintenance and renovation projects.
  • Handle ad‑hoc administrative duties and special projects.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a similar service‑oriented role.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with a proven capacity to multitask.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
