SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead

About the role

We are looking for an elite‑level SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to own the end‑to‑end design, development and delivery of integration and reporting solutions across a complex, multi‑instance global enterprise. You will act as the master technical authority for the interface landscape, system‑to‑system connectivity and the global reporting engine.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern the global integration strategy across multiple SuccessFactors instances and maintain the enterprise interface register.
• Design and deploy robust inbound/outbound integration patterns spanning SAP CPI/BTP, Active Directory, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, SAP Concur and regional payroll/HR systems.
• Lead hands‑on building, testing, monitoring and error‑handling of integration flows within SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite.
• Author detailed technical interface documentation, including data mapping matrices, transformation logic, MDF object hooks and automated retry procedures.
• Establish SuccessFactors Story Reports as the corporate reporting standard and drive data visualization across core modules (EC, Compensation, PMGM, Recruiting, LMS, Succession).
• Architect a scalable cross‑instance data consolidation model to enable global executive reporting and advanced people analytics.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration and reporting within large, multi‑instance enterprises.
• Deep expertise in SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite and SuccessFactors Story Reports.
• Strong understanding of master data reconciliation, data governance and real‑time data pipelines.
• Ability to lead global technical initiatives and act as the primary authority on interface architecture.
