About the role
The Brand Communications Manager will be the voice of the adidas brand in Singapore, shaping and delivering integrated marketing communications that drive brand equity and market growth. Reporting to the Country Management team, you will lead the development and execution of 360° campaigns across wholesale, direct‑to‑consumer, franchise and e‑commerce channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand communication strategies and integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all creative output adheres to adidas brand guidelines.
- Lead 360° communication, influencer and sports marketing campaigns, coordinating with global and SEAPAC teams.
- Manage the Marketing Working Budget, translating it into cost‑efficient executions across all channels.
- Oversee external agencies, creative partners, and research firms to deliver high‑quality deliverables.
- Build and nurture relationships with opinion leaders, media, sports agencies, clubs, athletes and influencers.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and digital insights to continuously optimise strategies.
Required profile
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field; business background is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand, consumer and trade marketing, preferably within sports, FMCG or digital environments.
- Strong project‑management, budgeting and scheduling capabilities.
- Passion for sport and a consumer‑first mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
